I have been away too long...I need to repent at the altar of the Holy Church of Warlow for my transgressions. As penance I have to say 10 "Hail Anthonys" and listen to "On the Boards" and "Center Stage" three times through each.
I am a member of the old Anthony Warlow newsgroup and still get random e-mails from time to time. When I checked my mail this morning it was filled with Anthony as Phantom messages.

OH MY GOODNESS!
I feel the Warlow love!!

I was SO pleased to find this thread along with people who know who Anthony Warlow is!
The man is by far my most favorite male singer of all time! His voice.. that smooth, clear, beautifully toned instument of his makes me melt every time I listen to him! I honestly have to say his voice is perfect in my ears.
I first heard Anthony on the Les Mis recording, but fell completely for him on the concept J&H album. I own as many recordings of his that I have been able to find and have always been amazed that he is not more popular in the states!
One of my biggest dreams is to hear his voice LIVE... and the second one is to see him star as Ben in a GOOD revival of FOLLIES (My favorite musical of all time).
I would even push the supposed Ben (Stephen Bogardus.. I love his voice too!) aside in the upcoming FOLLIES concert for Anthony. OMG.. to hear him sing more Sondheim!

My fellow parishoners in The Church of Warlow:
Last night I was surfing the web and visited a well known video site (ya'll watched the TUBE lately?) and did a search on our man and LO AND BEHOLD, I found a plethora of videos from The Main Event (that I have wanted to see for years!) and I was completely blown away seeing the man in a video! WHAT A PERFORMER! Not only does the man have the most glorious voice, his stage presence is amazing!
Have any of you seen these snippets? If so, what do you think? :)

OMG En!
I heard him singing that years ago on the web and I couldn't download the song. I have NEVER heard a more beautiful version of Oh Holy Night, than him singing it.
Please please see if you can find that! :) Anyone here happen to know of where I can get a recording of Anthony singing Oh Holy Night?
