You can't sell or give away LincTix because of the age restriction on the the ticket. You can't even pick up the tickets usually until the day of the performance. They will let you post date, pending availability.

Don't know how far from Lincoln Center your conflict takes you but you could probably pick up the ticket (they ask for ID) and then give it to someone else before the show.

They won't give you the ticket in advance. I have exchanged LincTix tickets ahead of time by going to the box office in person. One time they post dated a ticket for me. The shows I did it for were not selling well, so I never had a problem, but it would be based on availability. Let them know you have a LincTix ticket when you are talking to them.
