By the off chance anyone here is a fan of Paul Shapera's incredible little musical The Dolls of New Albion, it was announced a few weeks ago that a production is going up close to the city in Westchester.
Anyone else a fan? I noticed it has only been mentioned once on the boards...

I love the album. I feel like it successfully creates the type of atmosphere REPO THE GENETIC OPERA was going for, without being ludicrous and stupid. The music and voices are amazing, and the story is weird yet intriguing.

I absolutely agree, and find it to be leagues better than REPO.
Dolls of New Albion is simply mesmerizing. I'm glad its getting a production, however small.
