The Gay 90's Musical

Hi,
I just rediscovered this music from a revue in the 90's...unfortunately my CD does not have the cover art...I am trying to track down the composers (or sheet music)of the following 3 songs on the CD:
1) John And Fred
2)Lookin' At Me
3)And The Ship Sails On
Google has not been friend trying to figure this out!
Any help is appreciated!
