The Hurt Village - Thoughts?

Debating whether or not to see this. I didnt catch The Mountaintop, so I cant go off that.

Has anyone seen this?

And would I be in for a "mmm-hmmmmmm" night a la Stick Fly?

Didn't see Stick Fly but from what I know of it, Hurt Village is nothing like it. Hurt Village has some very fine moments and on balance is a good play/production (with some notable problems) and worth seeing. The first act was not nearly as good as the second and was directed to amp up almost every moment to a histrionic pitch. Young Joaquina Kulakango's performance is phenomenal.

I thought Hurt Village was phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations.
