seriously, guys, there are TONS and TONS of threads pertaining to peoples' looks. What is really THAT wierd about this thread? It doesn't mean that the original poster is a physco freak/obsessive fan, it simply means that they noticed something about idina's looks and wanted to discuss. Granted sure, its a little bit silly to have a whole thread about her bangs, but its not WIERD or worthy of getting all bitchy about it.
and for the people who are saying they dont get the facination and/or obsession others have with idina- do you not have a favorite broadway actor/actress? do you not get really exited when new things pertaining to them surface? do you not like to discuss anything and everything about them? Granted there ARE plenty of people who dont have any major obsessions and DONT doing any of the afformentioned things, but I'd like to think that the majority of people who take the time to come on and read message boards like these proobably have some kind of broadway obsesion, and proobably have a favorite actor/actress. And for those who dont, well, I envy the fact that you dont get obsessive like I do :) but I guess what I'm trying to say is that I KNOW I'm not the only one. Some people are just obsessive about things/people. That doesn't make them wierd or annoying, its just an aspect of their personality, and I personally dont like to be judged just because I tend to be rather obsessive. I like to believe that I'm fairly good at controlling my obsessivness when I'm interacting with people who dont have the same interests as I do and wouldnt give a twig, but these boards are my place for venting. And I'm sure thats the case for most of the people who come on here. So, if these boards were specifically meant for people to be able to vent about their love for broadway, why should other posters critisize people for coming on and doing just that?
sorry, that was a HUGE long rant, but I just had to get it out. lol
I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.
