Can anyone tell me about this show. What sort of music is it?

Is that the Knapp/Halper/Harelik musical?

(Incidentally is that the same Mark Harelik that's in Piazza?!)

I saw it in Phoenix. Music was fairly unmemorable at the time. It's about a Jewish immigrant in texas...so there was a fair amount of "fiddler" feel to it as I recall (and I know how much you love fiddler)

but i'm not sure you're referring to the same show....?

the music was REALLY slow and only had about 4 pit members..mainly strings.

I really was not fond of the actual show. It moved slowly but, the performers did what they could with their material. I really thought Jacklyn Antaramian was amazing. I know I butchered her name sorry. My current teacher was the original young guy in the show when it first started out.
