Has anyone done student rush for The King and I recently? Not LincTix, but the actual rush two hours before the performance? Have there been tickets available lately? And where are the seats located? Thanks!!

I got student rush tickets a couple weeks ago. They'll begin selling them 2 hours before at the box office inside the theater. There was a line forming about 30 minutes prior to the start time, but just about everyone got tickets. My seat was in the Loge in the 500's, but the location was great. The show is one of the best on Broadway right now, so you can't beat the student rush prices.

What about TKTS? Has the show been up lately NOT when Kelli was out? What are those seats like/price range?

The King and I has been on TKTS every day at 40% or 50% off every day. Not sure how the seats are, but unless you are on the extreme sides of the extreme sides at this theatre you will be fine. I think rush has also been occurring.
