It seems 2020's prestige musical movies have started early; this fan-made full-length animated film of the notoriously obtuse rock opera by Peter Gabriel and Genesis dropped this month. It goes a long way towards making the plot not only make sense, but make you feel something, and some of the images (especially in the more psychedelic and impressionistic second half) are genuinely haunting and beautiful.
