For $35.00, why not?
It's a perfectly pleasant evening, with a great set, lighting and acting, but as the previous poster commented, it's more than a bit contrived, and some of the dialogue sounds a little less than natural.
It's hard to discuss this without giving away spoilers, but my main problem is that I am not sure Iunderstand the young girl's motivation in doing the increasingly outrageous things that she does throughout the play.
Anyway, it's not terrible."
I had the same thoughts about the the girl's motivations. I wound up really disliking her character at the end. My favorite part was the intimate seating and the new cast, who read off the book. I hope to see him in other productions in the future. Since I got my ticket on TDF, and my wine was priced higher, I'd say it was worth it :)
