Aw dude, they really need to! Can you imagine performing that 8 times a week with no understudies?? Need to keep Raul healthy and invigorated.

What are the casting issues the story mentions? Anyone know?

It seems as though Gleason is leaving the show. It says that she is doing another show in July. They probably have to recast her role in NORMAL HEART and rehearse that person for two weeks. I love this play - I really hope it doesn't fold b/c of this.

No no Namonette-
I know it does not make business sense. I just think Kramer has a brilliant play that others need to see. It is a difficult show to sell though as most tourists want to see flying witches.
I guess I'm not popular. (ps I found Wicked entertaining so no nasty pms please) Updated On: 5/29/04 at 10:19 AM
