lack of wonderful theatre people to share thoughts with!!!

Broadwayworld.com saved my life when it pulled me out of a burning building. I didn't know webpages could perform such acts of heroics.

its addicting

but it DID kinda ruin my social career. if i hadnt made my girlfriend make an account i dont know what wouldve happened haha

Unless you were planning on commiting suicide, but then realized people on these boards really do like you (which judging by a lot of the posts made, isn't very likely to happen). BWW did not SAVE your life.

Actually JustChillin- I have contemplated suicide once or twice because of how bad my life has been going lately, but then I realized after posting on these boards that people care about me and I wasn't going to throw that away. It has honestly saved my life.

This board has just made me a TON more motivated to actually get into theatre. I knew it's what I wanted to do, but I always doubted myself. But seeing all these people so passionate and motivated about the same thing, it just makes me think "Screw it! I don't care if I have no natural talent, I will train until I can't train no more!"

If i didn't do BWW i wouldn't have met: Sam, Chelsea, Lisa, Nick, Blake and other pple i cant think of.

its the most incredible song on earth. Sam was playing me all these songs and trying to find one for her to sing. And then she sent me a link for a song called "The Proposal" and so i listened to it and all it was was just a guy asking a girl to have sex with him. it was the funniest thing on earth. me and Sam laughed for probably 2 hours.
