I am excited for this - some of the music is very promising!!

Has anyone else heard the music??

I especially love the opening "I've Got News For You", "Rub A Little Lotion", "A Normal Life", and "Not Tom"...

God I hated the movie. And especially Christina Ricci. Why make a musical about self-absorbed, evil people hurting other people?

LOVE the movie, especially Lisa Kudrow's big "lonely life" scene...was just thinking about that the other day for some reason...Didn't know about the musical. Where is it, development-wise?

They are doing a production in San Francisco in the fall and are working on casting. That's as much as I know.

I'm assuming Matthew is playing the brother's lover that follows the girl around? (Or am I thinking about another movie?) The guy from Jack and Jill played him in the movie...

I did like that movie, but I saw it long a long time ago.

I heard that Donna Vivino (the original Young Cosette from Les Mis) is in it. Who is she playing? Isn't Kerry Butler playing DeeDee?

Ahhh, this is SO exciting. I hope it will have a good run in California so that it will come on over to Broadway very soon! This sounds like it could be a lot of fun.
