I saw The phantom of the opera last night. I have to say the best thing in the show is the music. The standout roles were John Cudia (Phantom), Jennifer Hope Wills (Christine), and Patricia Phillips (Carlotta). Other then that the only time the show was interesting was when the phantom was on stage. The show is still tight after 20 years. No one looks like they are phoning in a performance. I just thought it the show was a little slow moving. But I did enjoy it.

Posted: 5/31/08 at 1:47pmI saw Phantom my junior year of high school and missed John Cudia as Raoul. I did see him at Bryant Park though, and I really want to see his Phantom. Glad you enjoyed it!
