The Skivvies @ Feinstein's 54 Below; Tony Yazbeck @ Birdland NYC

Like everyone else, I wasn't fortunate enough to get a ticket to Lin Manuel's final performance of Hamilton on Saturday, so I went to The Skivvies show at Feinstein's 54 Below instead.

For anyone interested, here’s the link to my videos from the show.  Matt Doyle, one of the advertised guests for Saturday show, had to bail because he did get tickets to Hamilton.  Check out his humorous video (3rd video in the playlist) explaining his absence.

Also absent was Laura Benanti.  She also made a video (7th video in the playlist).  Considering She Loves Me was ending the next day.  I’m surprised she was listed as a special guest for this Skivvies show.

I was lucky enough to catch Laura Benanti in the final performance of She Loves Me on Sunday.  It was amazing live.  I had only seen the show thru the live stream on BroadwayHD before Sunday’s show.  Sorry no videos from this.  Not even the final curtain call.  As soon as I took out my cell phone, I was asked to put it away.

To finish off my weekend in the city, I caught Tony Yazbeck’s The Floor Above Me show at Birdland NYC.  There was so much amazing tapping in the show.  Be sure to check out Tony and Clyde Alves doing ‘Moses Supposes’ in the 1st video of the playlist.  It brought back great memories of their time together in On The Town.

Thank you so much for Sharing the Amazing videos from Tony Yazbeck's Phenomenonal Show at Birdland. I saw Tony's performance last night and know I'm so Lucky to have been there!
