I would cut "I can't forget the melody"....of course all depending on who played Cinderella but it's just reinterating(sorry I can't spell) how she said she feels in "Tell HIm Anything"...it's like, we get it already.
I think the scene where she intterupts the wedding and they kiss is the most romantic thing I've ever seen...I've watched it so many times my tape is all off on the tracking at that point :)
I think it also wouldn't hurt to give the Lady Caroline a bigger part in a stage version just to even things out.

I forgot about the most adorable little dog in that movie. What was his name? Fred? I think it's mentioned in the credits. He was so darn cute. He was the director's dog, I read.
This summer the Minnesota Fringe Festival presented a terrific revue called Jungle Mary Bang Bang, which was all music of the Sherman Brothers. They did Sister Suffragette as an Andrews Sister number, and included a ballad from this fabulous movie.
I wish they would extend the revue and produce it locally, because it was the best thing I saw last summer.
Anyone ever figure out what (if anything) the title meant?
Did Gemma Craven go on to do anything else?
Looks like Ms. Craven has been a fixture in British films and television.
IMBD: Gemma Craven
The title refers to Cinderella and Prince Edward. The Slipper represents Cinderella and the Rose is the Prince's family emblem I believe.
