I just got my ticket from Ticketmaster. Considering they went on sale just today, they sure have a limited selection...anyone know about that? I ended up getting the Saturday (20 Oct) matinee, seat ORCH HH 112.
Anyone else going??
(Also, if you've been to the Fox Theatre before, is that a good seat? It seemed all right on the site, but you can't always tell...)

I was planning on going...but I saw it on Broadway when I lived in NY, and it is not worth the travel from Mississippi to Atlanta. I enjoyed the show and it was fun, but not something I would travel for 8 hours to go see.
eeeeekk. No, not such a great seat. And if you got them as soon as they went on sale and there that far back thats scary, not good prospects for the rest of us. Do you know i anyone from the original cast is going on tour???

I'm going!
I actually had the presale code and the best seats that were available last week were Row CC. I find that completely ridiculous!!! There is no way that Rows A-BB were completely filled up on a PRESALE of THE WEDDING SINGER! Something is wrong here!

Damn. And I selected "best available" and checked several times, and that's the best one there was!!

That's what I thought.

The Fox is terrible about these things. I've found that going back about two weeks after they first go on sale brings better results. That's what I did when Wicked came to town, and managed to snag a couple of front row spots that had just been released. Typically, they hold the best seats for their season subscribers -- and when those don't get claimed, they're released to the general public.
HH is kind of far back but it's not *THAT* bad. You should still have a clear view of the stage without having to squint. Bring some opera glasses if you're intent on seeing facial expressions.
To answer a previous question, no one from the Broadway cast will be on the tour. This is a non-eq tour.
I might go. Haven't decided yet. I liked the show reasonably enough on B'way.
I *MIGHT* be there. I'm gonna take jaybrrd's advice and wait for a few weeks for tickets. If I find anything good, I think I'll be there. I won't be entirely heartbroken if I don't since I had actually gotten to see this on Broadway.
Theres a small chance I might go, but I dont know, I'm not all that excited for this tour, even though I loved the show
But everyone have fun- I'm really anxious to hear how it is :)
I don't love the show as so many people do, but I'll go see it at the NJPAC.
