Theater info for "pooh sized" folk- Page 3

THIS IS EXTREMELY WEIRD BECAUSE I WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT THIS WITH MY COWORKER WITH WHOM I WENT TO THE EUGENE O'NEIL JUST SATURDAY AND LEFT WITH BRUISES ON OUR KNEES BECAUSE OF THE SEATS. I AM 6'3 AND A BIG GUY. COULDN'T REALLY ENJOY THE SHOW TOO MUCH BECAUSE MY KNEES FELT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO BE SAWED OFF. I HAVE TICKETS TO AVENUE Q THIS SATURDAY AND I WAS WONDERING ABOUT THEIR SEATS IN THE MEZZANINE SECTION. ANYONE KNOW?

For sure the Ethel Barrymore Theater...Teeny tiny seats.

Thanks for starting this topic. I have wanted to take my grandmother to see a musical, but she just won't go because she is a very large woman who can never find comforatable seats. It would be nice if the theaters could renovate to accomidate the growing population.

also for Avenue Q, Beauty and the Beast, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Movin Out ?

What are the seats like at these venues? Sorry dont know the names of the theatres without looking them up! But Im sure you guys will!
