I got a 40% off discount because of my membership in the NJEA community. I contacted the club via email to upgrade my account from the standard membership, still waiting for the terms and conditions and whether my community membership will influence that."
I have also applied for the membership but it hasn't been approved yet. They didn't reply to my email yet

The exact reason I remained unhappy with them. Not only do you not know what you are actually subscribing to (revealing the program against the policy), but you are also facing poor communication when requesting a membership.
