Theatre used in Spiderman 3

I just watched Spiderman 3 last night and there are a few scenes shot inside a theatre. It looked like it might be the Walter Kerr Theatre but i wasnt sure. Does anyone happen to know?

Don't know about the inside, but the outside is the Broadhurst.
