Hey everybody,

If you were looking to produce a show in an Off Broadway size house (lets say below 250 seats), what resources would you use to try and find a space? I'm basically looking for rentals and just trying to figure out the best place to look.

quick and easy........go to the info window at AEA and ask for a current copy of the Showcase List. Each show has a theatre listed. These are not all the available smaller houses but it will give you a start.....BE ready to pay....rents are very high and most of the houses are pretty dumpy. Most of the listed theatres are 99 seats or under......good luck
