I'm thinking about getting a subscription to Theatrical Index. Does anybody else subscribe to this publication? Is it worth getting a subscription for?
Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Posted: 10/7/10 at 11:45amI get the Index for free at work. I occasionally skim through it, but honestly, there is no new information you'd get there that you wouldn't find out right here. I wouldn't pay for a subscription, and unless you really need the addresses and phone numbers of every agent, producer, and theater owner in New York, you probably don't need it. Of course, it's your call. I don't even know how much a subscription costs.

You can always order an issue from the Drama Book shop:

While it is MUCH more expensive for a single issue--like 11 bucks + shipping...it is good if you just want a single issue every now and then
