Interesting, thank you for sharing that. The intimacy level can be a bit jarring for the first time, so I'm definitely considering going again.

Finally saw this the other night and really enjoyed it overall, though my heart still belongs to Sleep No More. Someone said it was like a series of nothing but SNM one-on-one scenes, but it was more like a series of regular SNM scenes that you are forced to watch whether you find them interesting or not. So for me it was a mixed bag of really cool, intimate scenes and long, silent, choreographed scenes that had me fidgeting from boredom. But I loved everything involving the Mad Hatter (especially the tea party), and the way the whole thing was coordinated was very impressive.

I can’t believe some people are complaining that they didn’t get to see every scene. That’s one of the joys of the best immersive theater, the individualized experiences and the fact that you can have a completely different show if you go back a second or third time. I love the idea that no two people got the same show and that there are new things I can see if I go back.
