Hello everyone!
I've double-booked myself on November 6th. If anyone out there is also a member of Hiptix and is willing to switch tickets with me for another night, please PM me and I'll let you know if that day would work for me. Thank you so much for your time.

Did you try contacting roundabout? If another night has hiptix available, they might facilitate a switch. They have great customer service, and have always been helpful when I've had similar issues.

Thanks, juice23. I did finally think about calling today. They said I could either try calling after the day has passed to see if I can get a ticket on another day as a courtesy (no guarantees). Or I can switch with someone else who is a member of Hiptix. There are still tickets available so I was thinking of buying another one to be safe but that wouldn't help me with the ticket I can't use.
