In the song "No More" what do the characters do during the big instrumental break after the "moving on up, to the east side..." bit? Like in productions ya'll have seen, what do the actors/characters do? I've alwasy wondered. Thanks.

They dance. It was funny. Jonathan goes kinda crazy and Michael plays it off as super-smooth. I remember laughing quite a bit. Sorry I can't help more.

Oh okay. So its not like a choreographed kinda dancing? I was just trying to picture what they're doing when I'm listening to the cast album. Thanks. Any other comments?

As angelic said it's just kind of Johnathan going crazy- I can only comment on the London production this summer but in that Jonathan did a little 'footloose' dance (I remember because then Micahel said 'hey hey there'll be no footloosing in here' ) in that production Michael doesn't play it so cool for all of it joining in with some of Jon's dancing

Ok, it's the morning so I'll try harder. They are checking out Michael's new and amazing apartment. It's just so damn cool, that spontaneous dancing occurs. I remember Jonathan doing the Pulp Fiction thing, and then they hopped around a bit, I even think they did the pogo and that bounce-off of each other's chest thing. It seemed kinda improv, like they could do whatever kind of dancing they wanted as long as they hit certain cues in the song. Does that make sense? Sorry, I tried.
