Tick Tick Boom

I am listening to the cd right now. I wasn't really a huge fan of the show but it has definitly grown on me. I just had a couple questions about it.

1. Why was the song Boho Days not in the show. I think its possibly my favorite and one of the best songs on the cd.

2. Why didnt it transfer to broadway from off-broadway (unless it did but I dont think so)

3. Is it just me or is it the same theme as rent with identical sounding songs (I know its Larson but its like he wants to write the song and the tunes are similar)

4. And what is up with the Larson version of Sunday? What purpose does it serve in the show and though its good does anyone know what Sondheim had to say about the song.

See I thought this was really about Larson but I wasnt sure. So then this show is his life yes? Also didnt it mention somewhere that Jonathan (the charector not person) gets HIV or is it the other guy in the show. Also is the charector or even the person jonathan Bi? In Jonny cant decided they mention he has neither girl nor boy or sumthin.

I think "Susan" is a combination of more than one person that Jonathan actually dated. Johnny can't decide isn't about bisexuality, it's about deciding what to do with his life.

He used to perform versions of it as an autobiographical one man show. It's actually about him.

Also, Tick Tick Boom was a solo show that Jonathan performed and was probably never intended to be performed as a legit off-broadway show. It was after his death that the show was restructured for three actors and the songs were reorchestrated to accomplish this. It is probably similar story-wise to Rent because he probably used some of the ideas from this solo show of his in what would be his first major theatrical work, Rent.

Superbia is the one in rehearsals, but there's something else he's writing, which I think is a reference to Rent.
