Has anyone ever bought tickets through TickPick? Looking for Dear Evan Hansen and they have no fees unlike StubHub, but wanted to see if folks had any negative experiences.

I purchased Hamilton tickets from them last July in NY.  No problems at all.  Same tickets were posted on TM resale for nearly $100 in extra fees for the pair.  I realized I was taking some risk but they do have a guarantee and I purchased hard tickets which perhaps is generally safer.  When I started getting a little nervous and asked customer service questions (as in what if something goes wrong) they were incredibly responsive and helpful.  Also purchased BOM Tour tickets from them - again, no problems and those were PDF.  I have only good things to say.

I bought tickets to Hamilton last May through TickPick and they were great to deal with - I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
