I have one extra ticket to Night of the Iguana at ART starring James Earl Jones tonight. It's a front row seat and I'm looking to get 35 dollars for it. Let me know if you're interested!

Wow, what a steal! I wish I could take you up on that!

If you can't sell it, the box office at the ART is fantastic about exchanges. There are a lot of seats left for the run, and it's very likely they'll find you something you'll be happy with (though probably not front row).
