Ticketmaster/Telecharge Refund

Once a show's closing is announced, how long do these ticketing agencies typically take to refund your ticket for a cancelled performance?  Many thanks!

Make sure when getting refund that you are given your FULL refund.  Some reps try and shortchange and not refund all fees.  This has happened to me more than once with Ticketmaster.  The last time was about $7.  I paid that $7 and I wanted it back .I stated it was not my fault the show was closing.  I of course got my full refund.
