The guy sounded like a computer, but also like a human being. Kinda like a computer with gender issues, except instead of gender issues it was being a computer and not a human.

Anyone else have any tales of our favourite corporation?

I was searching online and I thought I would call and talk live to a sales person. All went well until I asked the person to do another search for seats, the reply was - sir, these are the best available right now. I replied, then how come online I can get better seats than what you have on your screen?

Happened with Telecharge too!

The most helpful person I've ever dealt with was a very nice woman with Broadway In Cincinnati - I will be there on business in March and want to see Dame Edna!
