Ticketmaster discount codes?

Lately on ticketmaster.com, the site hasn't been giving me the option to put in my discount codes from broadwaybox or any others. Has anyone else been having this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

The date you are trying for are probably not part of that promotion.

No, it's that there's no space to even put in a discount code.

I don't have it bookmarked on this computer but I think you want to go through BroadwayOffers to enter the codes.

Wow, okay, never mind...apparently, ironically, it's only not working for the ONE time I was trying to buy them. It's working for all the other times...

broadwayoffers.com is only associated with telecharge, that's where you go to type in telecharge discounts. In ticketmaster, obviously you do it on the site. I had a problem with a Rent code awhile back so I just called to get my ticket, that's always an option.
