Tickets for Broadway's IN THE HEIGHTS Go On Sale Dec. 22nd

The days may be cold, but the music's hot. The producers of the new Broadway-bound musical IN THE HEIGHTS — set on a steamy summer day in uptown Manhattan, and infused with hot tropical rhythms — go on sale to American Express cardholders Dec. 5, and to the general public Dec. 22.

Tickets range from $21.50 to $111.50, and can be purchased through http://www.Ticketmaster.com; or visit http://americanexpress.com/entertainment.

IN THE HEIGHTS, written by Lin-Manuel Miranda (who also stars) and Quiara Alegría Hudes, will begin previews on Feb. 14, 2008, and open March 9, 2008, at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre, 226 W. 46th Street.

With music and lyrics by ASCAP's 2007 Richard Rodgers New Horizons Award winner Lin-Manuel Miranda, book by Quiara Alegría Hudes, and conceived by Lin-Manuel Miranda, IN THE HEIGHTS is directed by Thomas Kail and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler. The director and choreographer recently won SSDC's Callaway Awards for their work on the 2007 Off-Broadway run of IN THE HEIGHTS.

Seth Stewart (dancer, In The Heights) is such a hottie ! a great dancer with a hot bod Finally were seeing more minorities on Broadway stage! It's about time !

BTW- Did you know he was a dancer in Madonna's REINVENTION TOUR too !-very talented guy !!!

I just bought my tickets!

I hate Ticketmaster, I had to open up 4 windows to get center seats.

I got Center Orch row C seat 101 and 102 today for Mar 2 in the Amex presale. And to top it off the price was $66 each. A nice discount and a nice seat.
