So I bought a ticket using todayti, but now I can't make it to the show that day. Did anyone have any luck with exchanging to another day? I'm going to try to call but I'm just wondering

From what I've been made to understand (using past experience), you cannot do an exchange nor refunds. You can transfer the ticket to another individual, or cancel the reservation. In the past, I've resold a ticket that I purchased through Today Tix (for the price in which I bought the ticket so I can at least get my money back) and then made the reservation in their name so they could claim the ticket from the rep for themselves.

You have nothing to lose by calling to inquire. I was lucky, but the circumstance was a bit different.
I got all the way to the theatre (from Boston!), only to discover that I was a day early. My reservation was for the following afternoon, which, I could not attend.
I called them right away and they were very gracious and helpful. But, I'd imagine it varies according to the particular theatre they are dealing with.
If you can't exchange you ought to be able to transfer it to someone else's name for pickup. Good Luck!
