Just mentioned Tony 'n Tina's Wedding in the long run performance thread, which got me to thinking about what a riotously good time I had at that show about 20 years ago.
Anyone see it more recently? I'd be interested in hearing how it's holding up.
I also wonder about the various comic interactive shows that followed in its wake. I haven't seen any of them. Anyone here see them? What were they like?

I got freebies approximately one and a half centuries ago and my friend and I went with a "what the heck" attitude. We were seated at the furthest reception table in the back. And damn if it isn't one of the theatrical experiences we throw lines around from the most often! "You're not maid of honor, you're made of TRASH."

Yes, there were a lot of laughs to be had in this show.
I would say the dinner was no great shakes, though. The wedding cake was definitely not something you would find on the Food Network.

Posted: 6/20/11 at 12:11amDo you mean Tina's father's stripper girlfriend or the pregnant maid of honor who did shots? How is it I remember all this?
