Tony Award Red Carpet

hey!
Does anyone know IF there is a red carpet for the Tony Awards? If so, is it open to the public or just the press?
AND What time does it start?

There is a red carpet right on the 50th street side of Radio City. The public is only allowed to stand on the other side of the street, but you are able to see the cars pulling up and if you're lucky you can see over peoples heads to see celebs on the carpet. It is fun experience. It probably will start near 6. I'd get there at 5:30 though to try and grab a good spot.
