Tony Awards Coverage 2011 in Australia

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if the 2011 Tony Awards will be broadcasted on TV in Australia. If anyone has any information for me it would be brilliant! Thanks heaps and keep enjoying the magic of Theatre!

Last year I found a low quality stream off the internet.

It definitely is more interesting live cause you can follow the forum bitching (e.g. CZJ's Clowns)

Thanks for the quick reply! Ive always wanted to see the Tony Awards live but have always had to watch them of youtube later on. But now i can have another look around, thanks for the great idea!

Didn't Fox8 at some stage broadcast them?

If not Arena and LifeStyleYou are the two gayest channels around...

Foxtel broadcasts it live, and then usually repeats it later.

I recall it always being on Ovation, but the past couple of years I'm quite positive it has been on the Bio channel.

You are right it was on the Bio Channel (live on Monday morning our Australian time). Usually repeated again that night and again the following weekend.

I wonder if anyone will to meet ups or the like? I heard that they broadcast it at Federation Square a year or two back, but it coincided with the Melbourne/Collingwood match.
