Tony Awards Presenter Music

Hey, could you guys help me identify some of the music that is used often when presenters walk in to present or when winners walk to the stage to accept?

But I've always wanted to know what some of the other cues are. It would seem that they have been used for decades. For convenience sake let's assign a letter to each piece of music:

Jay - I love you for starting this thread. I've wondered about these intro themes before as well. I feel like "Lovely" from FORUM - which I had not correctly identified - has been used dozens of times. Also, MissPoochSmooch, if you're a BWW'er, thank you for all the wonderful uploads on YT!
