hi there,
i find it very funny that Tony Vincent is from New York and not many people seem to kow him over there!
(he is the guy that has just played the lead in the queen musical in London and he also played judas at the ford centre in NY wi Glen carter!)
do any of you know of him or even know him.....cause i never hear about one talk about him or anything and he is a great guy and a great performer to!
and he has one hell of a voice ! ! !

Tony Vincent is also known from RENT and from the direct to video production of Jesus Christ Superstar. He has also been trying for awhile to get a pop career going in the contemporary Christian market.
Good to see him working- he has great talent!

Tony vincent is actually from new mexico and made a career for himself in england....in ny he was only simon in JCS not till he got moved up in previews to play judas after the original was dismissed...but after that he was gona again to england.

I think Tony Vincent could be the American Idol.
He's ten times better than anyone who has performed on there before...even though Trenyce was pretty damn good.

He sang the HECK out of the roles of Mark and Roger in RENT...
I also own all of his CDs and they are pretty good. Generic christian pop mostly - but there are some *really* good ones buried in there.

Posted: 2/23/04 at 8:50pmI hope Tony is offered a role on B'way again soon. I saw him in RENT.....amazing. And then in JCS...pretty much the only redeeming part of that revival. After Rent, he ended up being on the same Subway as I, and I talked to him for a few minutes. He was very friendly and very appreciative of his fans. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

yeah i have met him few times and i have to say he is a really nice guy! and had all the time in the world for me....even tho i did also catch him seeking out of the stage door 2 times lol!

thats his real hair!
when he first came into we will rock you it was quite short then it got longer and loger and then he had a little trim....then he let it grow and by his last nite, you could not see his eyes.....his fring was that long...lol
