Tonys ceremony open dress?

Hi guys

Is it true that there is an open dress run for the Tonys on the mornings of either Sat 10th or Sun 11th at RCMO? If so, how does one get tickets/ access? I want to try for tickets to the actual ceremony, but I suspect they will be sold out within seconds of becoming 'available'. Any suggestions as to how to get into either rehearsal or ceremony gratefully received! Thanks.
