So I was in Cardiff a few weeks ago as part of a 10-day visit to the UK. It wasn't my first visit to the city, but my first since becoming a fan of Torchwood. My hotel was down at Cardiff Bay, which is where Torchwood was located before it was blown up. In my wandering around, I found this.
