Town Hail seating ?

Ive never been to Town Hall
Im thinking of buying a ticket for Adam & Anthony off TDF but Im not sure of the layout of the place.
Any bad seats? I don't want to end up like behind a pole or somewhere really bad

I have sat side rear balcony, (last row or second to last) site line is decent, legroom not so good. I have also sat in Row P of the Orchestra, not a bad view. There is an virtual seating chart on their site, which I find is helpful, gives you a review of the seat and shows a view of the stage like from that seat:
