Hey I thought that Tracie Thomas was great in RENT. I find myself wondering if she is on Broadway- she should be. She has a wonderful range. What do you guys think.

I'd recommend taking a few minutes to read the FAQ of BroadwayWorld (the link is on the menu bar) as well as familiarizing yourself with the search feature.
This will help you to avoid posting duplicate threads.

And her last name is Thoms. And frankly, I thought she was completely overrated.
Don't let these guys bully you mooing...I completely agree with you. My jaw dropped when she opened her mouth.
She's wonderful, yes.
Just like our friend the question mark.
No one is bullying. I simply gave a link to a thread where discussion regarding Tracie Thoms has taken place.
It's what everyone should be doing around here to avoid the duplicate threads.
New posters can be a little over excited and eager and the FAQ and search feature can help them out.
MOOING is talking about my girl Tracy Thomas who is seen out the window of the subway car during Jessie's dance. She is spectacular.
Oh, HOLY SCHNOOKIE DOOKIE THEN!
That girl was HOT! All three of her teeth were the sexiest I've ever seen.
I didn't realize that. Carry on.
LOL Patronus
....and Tracy was good
Hehe i'm watching Law&Order right now and Tracie happens to be a guest star!

Hey Mooing, I, too, think that Tracie Thoms was terrific in the movie, RENT. And, no matter how you spell her name, she was great! In fact, I saw the play RENT again this weekend, and I remember thinking it would have been great to see Tracie in the Broadway show, too.
As far as there already being another thread, I wouldn't worry about it. Some of us don't have the time to search old threads. It takes too long, and sometimes we don't have the time or inclination to search. Besides, anyone who already knows of a thread and doesn't want to read so called duplicate subject threads doesn't have to read them. They can ignore them and go on to something else, but they choose to read them. It's really not such a big deal.
The thread was maybe three down on the front page. If you don't have time to read 15 words and spell the name of the person you are praising at least reasonably close to right. (Not right, just close) then you deserve every last bit of derision you get.
Or at least some helpful and good natured ribbing, which is all that happened here.

That's why I said, "it's not such a big deal."
I like to kid.
(But there is truth behind it.)
I feel so loved.... haha... Thanks to everyone. Tracie pretty much rocked in the movie... Go Tracie.
If you posted again, why didn't you bother fixing the spelling of her name in the thread title?

No one is going to take you seriously as her fan if you can't even get the name right.
