"Twice Charmed" - New Disney Cruise Line musical

I was able to view the Disney Cruise Line's new musical "Twice Charmed" last weekend. It is a twist of the Cinderella story. I was impressed with the new music wrote for the story. If anyone is interested, there are photos and videos available - press was allowed to do this. I only wish I could see it again - live.

How interesting. I saw the last musical production (something to do with ALL the Disney characters: Aladdin, Peter Pan, Hercules, et al) and it was pretty impressive, considering it WAS on a boat. A very big boat, I might add.

I think that is what impressesd me the most. I expected a rather cheesy production. I especially enjoyed "In a Moment" and most of all, "Chasing a Dream."

Yeah, when Disney is good it can put on one hell of a production that blows the socks off everybody.

I would love to have seent that production! I was a WDW employee in entertainment for a couple of years and went on the cruise twice. The theatre is beautiful and shows are pretty darn good. MouseInfo, I LOVE Your avatar. Fantasmic! is my favorite show on property!!!

This was my first time on the ship. I was so impressed. I am hoping this production makes it way into the Hyperion at Disneyland.

MossiDivo: The avatar actually plays a little animation of Mickey disappearing in the corner. It won't work on this site though.

I did the Disney Cruise Line last year (or was it two years ago?)

Anyway - LOVED it. Especially liked the Golden Mickeys show.

I'm going on my third Disney Cruise in July - the west coast Magic version. I haven't seen Golden Mickeys yet so I'm looking forward to that but this new show sounds great too! Is it currently performing on the ship or still in practice mode?

6 more weeks... can't wait!

I went on a Disney Cruise almost two years ago. I absolutely loved the shows, they were my favorite part of the whole thing. My favorite was the Hercules show, but I have to agree that the Golden Mickeys were cute.

We did the "DCL" its inaugural year... Didnt like Nassau (not really a family-oriented spot if you ask me..)

Loved "Castaway Cay" !!!

I remember one of the shows having something to do with Pirates, I believe. It was EXCELLENT !!!!

i also went on it 2 years ago, and also didnt enjoy Nassau, but loved Castaway Cay!
I really liked the Golden Mickeys show, and thought the Hercules show was okay
it was such a fun cruise though, im going again next April!

I just got back from a Carnival cruise, and was appalled by the horrible talent they had booked. One of the best things about Disney cruises has always been the fantastic entertainment. And does anybody else think "It's Never Too Late" sounds suspiciously close to "It's Never Too Late To Fall In Love" from THE BOYFRIEND? Hmm...
