Posted: 11/22/03 at 10:58amRichard Dreyfuss won an Oscar for his role in the Neil Simon comedy, "The Goodbye Girl". He has played a wide variety of roles, both dramatic and comic in his long career - although I guess most people just remember him for Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Jaws. He was oustanding in "Mr. Holland's Opus".
