SNLMedia, apparently Hairspray was a little short staffed earlier this week as there was no Tammy and Tommy didn't appear either!

Hey Dottie! Did your colleagues enjoy the cake even though your cat decided to sit on it? ~GuyfromGermany

I saw one of the midnight shows for Evil Dead the musical when the understudy for Cheryl was on. Durring the tree scene (pretty early in the show) she sprained her ankle in the fight, the next scene came up and Ash (Ryan Ward) opened the door and she wasn't there, everyone looked confused, the houselights came up and the actors slowly and awkwardly left the stage.
The show stopped for 15-30 minutes, then Ryan Ward came back on and told us what happened, he then gave us a decicion, since there was no other girl to cover we could come back at a later date for a refund, our the male understudy (he was soon cut off by thunderous cheers).
The male understudy went on in Cheryls costume (I have no idea how he fit into it) and did the rest of night's performance, most of the time with script in hand, fumbling through the lines. It was hilarious. The scene where she/he turns evil and is thrown in the basement was ridiculous, none of the acors could keep a straight face afterwards, Brandon Wardell shouted "Dude, your sister turned into a zomie...and a dude!"

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor

"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott
