Understudy "Personalization"

Just wondering if shows like "The Drowsy Chaperone", "The Producers" and others personalize photos/lighting (Show Off, That Face) for the understudies. Are there anyother shows that have pictures/recordings of leads?

Rent has the movie that Mark made. I'm almost positive that does not change even when understudies are on.

Rent's movie is always the same whether or not an understudy is in. The understudies are all included in the video.

C saw RENT once and the old Roger was in it and not the new one.

I saw it when Cary Shields just came back and Jeremy Kushniers face was in the film. I found it funny since I wanted to see him so badly and kind of did!

I have often wondered this question also.

When I saw Producers, Justin Greer was on as Mr. Marks, but I think the pictures in the back were still Kevin Ligon.

As I remember, the Mr. Marks pictures do not change, but the Ulla projections do.

That would make sense, the Ulla projections are more noticable and for a larger role. What other shows have this personalization?

When I saw Stacey Todd Holt (Or Todd Stacey Holt or... whatever) as Leo Bloom, they had his face.

They do change the Ulla and Leo heads, it's too large and obvious not to. The Mr. Marks photo does not change though - but it does change to reflect who the contracted Mr. Marks is (Ray Wills, Mark Lotito, Kevin Ligon).
