A shoe signed by Kristin Chenoweth is up for auction. The shoe was from a costume used in a train scene in the San Francisco try-out. The scene and costume were cut when the show opened on Broadway but Kristin wore the costume in the 2003 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
