Unique productions of MAMMA MIA?

Since it seems most community and professional theatres are producing this show in the last two years and moving forward, most productions tend to all look the same. Have you seen any productions that have done something interesting or different with the design or staging?

I think there’s an “immersive” version of the show playing in the UK right now
