Upcoming trip to NYC

Hi Guys... Just wanted to see if anyone was going to the Stage Directions Conference on August 8 & 9? I'm bringing a group of 9 to NYC and we're really excited about our trip. We're going to 6 shows and to the John McEnroe show and hopefully Regis and Kelly. Just waiting on the confirmation from Regis and Kelly... The shows we're going to see are: Chicago, The Boy From Oz, Wicked, Little Shop of Horrors, Wonderful Town and Hairspray... I'm counting down the days... I LOVE NYC. Well, Just thought I'd share our info on our upcoming trip and wondered if anyone else was coming to the conference.

Try to add Avenue Q to that list before any of the originals leave, you won't regret it.

Cool, if you wait in the cancellation line, a lot times tickets will open up right when the performance is about to start. Since most shows don't perform on Monday, just keep waiting. You should get in.

I stayed at the Milford. We went down to the theater (ave q) about 5-10 minutes before the show...Its nice to be right there.

We've stayed at the Milford several times and for the cost and location you can't beat it... We're paying 129.00 a night for four people in a room... We also reserved back in December... Prices are a lot higher now..

Prices for the Milford depend when you go. I just checked a Friday and Saturday in August that priced at $149, but weekdays priced at $109.
