Posted: 4/22/04 at 6:23pmI saw the Urinetown tour a while ago, and I have a question about one of the songs. You know how at the end of the Act 1 Finale, everyone is going in slow motion? Well, Billy Boy Bill (the African American guy) sped up and was "running" in normal speed. Was he supposed to be in slow motion like everyone else, and just lost his place, or was he supposed to "speed up" for effect to make it funnier?
